Objectives

This training is intended to provide the Halal Certification Bodies / Halal Certifiers the requirements for the JAKIM Recognised Halal Certification Bodies as well as other requirements and halal technical parameters stated in the JAKIM Manual Procedure, MS 1500 and MS 2565, to name a few. Updated standards on new research advancements such as halal packaging and usage of animal bone, skin and hair will be deliberated in this programme.
Halal industry players, on the other hand, will be exposed on the importance of sampling and analysis, managing halal issues through the media approach as well as gaining knowledge on the halal critical ingredients and Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) principles.
